Corporate Compliance
Mozaic maintains a Corporate Compliance Program in accordance with New York Social Services Law §363-d and 18 NYCRR Part 521. The Compliance Program is designed to prevent, detect, and correct fraud, waste, and abuse, and to promote ethical conduct across the organization.
Standards of Conduct
Mozaic has adopted Standards of Conduct that define expectations for ethical and lawful behavior. These standards guide employees, leadership, contractors, and board members in carrying out their responsibilities with integrity.
Reporting a Compliance Concern
Mozaic encourages anyone to report suspected compliance concerns, including fraud, waste, abuse, or unethical conduct.

Non-Retaliation
Mozaic strictly prohibits intimidation or retaliation against anyone who reports a concern in good faith or participates in an investigation.
Compliance Officer
Mozaic designates a Compliance Officer responsible for oversight of the Compliance Program.
