1915(C) Children/youth respite

Available in Cayuga, Ontario, Seneca and Yates counties. Respite Services are delivered at home or in the community to provide families/caregivers short term relief and provide support to the child/youth with mental health, substance use and/or health care needs.

Children and Youth Evaluation Services (C-YES) and Health Home Care Managers can refer youth and children for Respite Services with Mozaic here:
