Integrated Supportive Housing

Supportive Apartments are an option for individuals seeking less than 24-hour support. Agency staff is not typically on–site at all times when individuals are home. Staff assistance is provided on an as-needed basis as individuals work towards their goals of living independently.

Mozaic has openings for OPWDD-eligible individuals at Pine Circle apartments, a non-certified integrated supportive housing project in Seneca Falls, NY. Mozaic offers housing supports to the I/DD tenants who live there, including a housing subsidy. Tenants can receive Community Habilitation services with Mozaic, or they can use other service providers or self-direct. These apartments are typically a good option for someone who is capable of living independently but wants the security of knowing there is an OPWDD provider agency onsite for additional support.

this is a one level 1 bedroom apartment. The apartment has an attached storage unit and also has a laundry room with washer and dryer hookups. Garbage and recycling is included in rent as well as water and sewer. The resident will be responsible to pay NYSEG for gas and electric charges. These apartments are typically a good option for someone who is capable of living independently but wants the security of knowing there is an OPWDD provider agency onsite for additional support.
