Effective January 1, 2024, the Clinic will only be accepting internal referrals for psychological evaluations. All internal referrals for evaluations will then be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Mozaic is the provider of choice for people who have a developmental disability, which can range from an autism spectrum disorder to cerebral palsy to Down syndrome. The personal, one-on-one and group treatment that our clinical staff provide to people with intellectual and other developmental disabilities promotes self-growth and positive self image. Our expert clinical staff are highly trained in the field of developmental disabilities and autism spectrum disorders, and are dedicated to providing the best treatment possible.

Social Work

Licensed masters-level social workers provide evidence-based treatment for anxiety, depression, trauma and other mental health conditions to children and adults with developmental disability and Autism Spectrum Disorders. They work with individuals, families, groups and interdisciplinary teams to develop coping skills and enhance quality of life.

Physical Therapy

Our licensed physical therapist team assesses each patient and plans and administers treatments to promote optimal health. The goal of our team is to relieve pain and restore, maintain, and promote optimal physical function so each person can gain as much independence and mobility as possible.

Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling

Our Rehabilitation Counselors assist and support individuals with the process of vocational exploration, and the development of those skills and abilities that will increase the likelihood of obtaining and maintaining employment. Counselors can also support individuals who chose to be productive and to provide a service to others through volunteer activity.

Occupational Therapy

Occupational therapists work with individuals using a holistic approach to develop a customized intervention to improve a person's ability to perform daily activities. Goals include improving strength, range of motion, endurance, fine motor, visual motor, cognitive skills, and sensory integration.

Psychology

Our psychologists provide treatment to children and adults with autism, developmental delays, dual-diagnoses, mood and psychiatric disorders, ADHD, and anxiety. Doctors provide evaluations in competency and cognitive function, through the use of proactive treatments for individuals with behavioral needs.

Speech & Language Therapy

Our speech-language pathologists diagnose and treat people with various speech and/or language disorders including voice production, fluency, cognitive rehabilitation and feeding or swallowing difficulties.

Psychiatric Services

With expertise in the field of child and adult psychiatry, our doctors serve people with intellectual disabilities as well as people with autism. They diagnose, help manage medication, provide strategies and support, and recommend alternatives to help each individual reach their life goals and lead productive lives.
